The NP/PA provides care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determine the management and treatment of patients. Consult with a physician as appropriate.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care

• Current NP or PA-C license, Master’s Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant program required
• Current BLS and CPR certification required
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of EMR systems
