• Provide guests with a welcoming and memorable dining experience from first contact to departure
• Take and recommend orders accurately, answering questions and suggesting menu items
• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs throughout the dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including wearing protective hand coverings and face masks as required

• Minimum age 18 years
• Effective communication skills with guests and team members
• Commitment to making a positive impact on guests’ experience
• Ability to stand and work for long periods (up to 4 hours) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting
• Capability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift
• Ability to use protective face coverings or masks during the shift
