Base: $17.00/yr - $19.97/yr (actual pay based on experience)
Your Role
You will bring the American Eagle brand to life every day by providing guests with an amazing shopping experience and representing the company's values with authenticity.
Your Responsibilities- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find items while maintaining a “friends first” mindset.
- Educate guests on product details and make relevant product suggestions.
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
- Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
- Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Have high energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Love AE and Aerie products.
- Have prior retail experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
