• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes products and builds brand relationships
• Assist the management team to build store business
• Support service enhancements and active use of Concierge
• Service multiple customers, multi-task, and manage projects
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge
• Create outfits and suggest items to match customer needs
• Participate in learning opportunities and respond to coaching and feedback
• Achieve sales and service metrics (clienteling/outreach, appointments, Talbots Classic Awards)
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery
