• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 21.
• Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
