The Seasonal PT Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring shopping experiences and supports store sales goals. This customer-focused role contributes to a collaborative team and represents the brand in store.
Responsibilities- Drive sales goals by prioritizing customer needs and supporting company initiatives.
- Build customer relationships and clientele through networking and personalized service.
- Support digital and alternative shopping options, including ship-to-home and virtual product discovery.
- Maintain sales floor standards and provide management with feedback on customer and category needs.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
- Operate registers and move around the sales floor; stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
