The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting store sales and company initiatives. This role builds customer relationships, promotes product discovery, and contributes to a collaborative store environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer service aligned with brand expectations and support sales and profit performance.
- Engage clients, expand the customer base, and participate in community outreach.
- Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support product discovery and customer access.
- Maintain sales floor standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in team training and support store initiatives.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, operate a register, and stand or move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
