• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Perform additional duties such as training other level I technicians, prioritizing work, basic maintenance on structures, etc.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience:
  
  1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills:
  
  Leadership, peer‑to‑peer tech support, effective communication, ability to handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management.
