Job Title: Field Team Lead / Handyman

Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and mechanically inclined Field Team Lead to perform general maintenance and handyman work for commercial and residential customers throughout Ventura County and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a variety of mid-level handyman skills and be comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman and maintenance work including drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and door repairs.
• Respond to local service and maintenance calls.
• Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Work independently and support a small field team when needed.
• Communicate with customers and the office regarding job requirements and completed work.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other maintenance and handyman duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or related experience.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools.
• Experience with several of the following: drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, door repair, and general repairs.
• Valid, unrestricted California driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Work Details

• Full-time position in Camarillo, CA.
• Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend and overtime work.
• Local service calls throughout Ventura County and surrounding areas.
• Consistent, year-round work with regular customers.
• Work vehicle is a plus but not required to start; mileage reimbursement is available.
