We are hiring a
** Transportation Specialist
** to join our team!

Our
** Transportation Specialist:
*** Provides transportation for senior residents in a community van, bus or car to medical appointments and other outings.
* Escorts and checks residents in at medical appointments, handling medical document delivery, receipt, and communication as needed.
* When not driving, this position participates in resident focused activities.
* Provides assisted transportation for residents in a safe and caring manner. Destinations include medical and dental appointments, banking, post office, weekly outings, shopping for residents and staff.
* Provides shuttle/courier service as needed.
* Coordinates transportation by car, bus, or van, scheduling to best meet resident needs for delivery and pick-up from appointments.
* Keeps supervisor informed of daily schedules, changing needs, and functions in a timely manner.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** What you need to succeed:
*** Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Cleared Criminal Record clearance through the Department of Social Services prior to presence in the community.
* Health screening and TB test results not older than 6 months.
* Current First Aid Training and Certifications as per Title 22.
* Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
* May require a CDL (Commercial Driver License)
* Possession of a valid driver's license along with a clean driving record is required.
