• Heartfelt Connections:
  Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families while fostering a spirit of collaboration among your fellow team members.
• Safety First:
  Plan and conduct essential safety drills, including Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty exercises to keep everyone prepared and safe.
• In-Service Innovator:
  Organize and implement engaging educational programs to ensure our team continually grows and excels in their skills. You’ll assess needs, prepare schedules, and create impactful learning experiences.
• Infection Control Champion:
  Oversee the infection control surveillance program to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of hygiene and prevention practices.
• Hands-On Care:
  Provide direct resident care and ensure that the highest standards are met while supervising staff and maintaining a positive work environment.

• An RN or LPN with a valid nursing license
• At least one year of experience providing direct patient care in a long-term care facility and an additional year of experience in planning and evaluating educational programs.
• A knack for communication, allowing you to effectively present information and engage with both staff and management.
• The ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions across various formats.

Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $40 to $55 per hour, depending on your licensure (RN or LPN).
