Collaborate with the agency owner to learn the ropes and refine your sales technique.
RequirementsProperty and Casualty insurance license.
Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and connecting with new people.
Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
A dedicated and coachable mindset.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
