Lacamas Post Acute is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive post-acute environment where quality care and teamwork are valued.
Pay Range:$23.35 - $29.99 per hour
What You’ll Do:- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Assist with vital signs, documentation, and routine clinical tasks
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care
- Current CNA certification in the state of Washington
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute or skilled nursing environment
