Responsibilities include providing diagnostic and therapeutic care for facial aesthetic patients: taking medical histories, performing examinations, administering procedures, and developing treatment plans as directed by the Medical Director. You will also participate in educational efforts, training new providers, and working with sister company Injection

U and other educational partners.

• Experience in a medical office working as a facial aesthetic provider
• Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
• Current Washington license in good standing

• Wide‑ranging knowledge of facial aesthetics and skin care treatments
• Problem‑solving and analytic skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team‑work and collaboration
• Well‑organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Treatment of patients and co‑workers with respect
• Empathy toward patient needs and concerns

• Conduct consultations to determine best treatments and create a plan of care within practice guidelines
• Carry out treatment plans with confidence, expertise, and appropriate product usage while maintaining a safe and clean regimen per protocols
• Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide appropriate follow‑ups and timely responses to all treated patients
• Maintain an energetic positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment

• Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and industry
• Accurately record client treatments in EMR on the day of treatment
• Promote the practice, treatments, and services, as well as available programs, promotions, and discounts
