We're looking for an experienced Local Class A CDL Driver who takes pride in delivering equipment (heavy, small and aerial) safely, efficiently, and with a customer‑first attitude. From earth movers to excavators, you'll be the trusted face of ERS, ensuring customers get the right equipment, right on time every time.

• Deliver and retrieve a variety of equipment to and from job sites across Oregon and Washington
• Safely load, secure, and unload machinery and attachments (lowboy experience is a plus)
• Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Keep your truck clean, compliant, and road‑ready, including DOT and annual inspections
• Report and record equipment condition, ensuring everything is in top operating order
• Provide basic operational orientation for customers at delivery
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and maintain a professional, customer‑focused approach

• Valid Class A CDL (manual transmission experience required)
• 2+ years of commercial driving and heavy equipment operation in construction or rental equipment industry (STRONGLY preferred)
• Clean driving record with no serious violations in the last three years
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
• A self‑starter who takes initiative and finds creative solutions on the go
