We re looking for an experienced Local Class A CDL Driver to join our team - a professional who takes pride in delivering equipment (heavy, small and aerial) safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first attitude. From earth movers to excavators
, you ll be the trusted face of ERS, ensuring our customers get the right equipment, right on time, every time.

• Deliver and retrieve a variety of equipment to and from job sites across Oregon and Washington
• Safely load, secure, and unload machinery and attachments (lowboy experience is a plus!)
• Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep your truck clean, compliant, and road-ready
  , including DOT and annual inspections
• Report and record equipment condition, ensuring everything is in top operating order
• Provide basic operational orientation for customers at delivery
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach

• Valid Class A CDL (manual transmission experience required)
• 2+ years of commercial driving and heavy equipment operation-construction or rental equipment industry STRONGLY preferred
• Clean driving record with no serious violations in the last three years
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
• A self-starter who takes initiative and finds creative solutions on the go
