Job Title : Tax Senior

Location : Camberley

Package : £45,, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, and more

Working Hours : Full time, Monday-Friday, 9 : 00am - 17 : 30pm

Tax Senior Job Overview
  • Prepare and review corporation tax and personal tax returns for a diverse range of clients.
  • Handle tax planning assignments, including advising on allowances, reliefs, and structuring opportunities.
  • Manage compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of all tax filings.
  • Review tax computations prepared by junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist with HMRC enquiries, responding professionally and promptly.
  • Support partners and managers with advisory projects, research, and technical analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation an ensure all work complies with relevant standards and legislation.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and efficient workflow management.
Tax Senior

Job Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified, or qualified by experience.
  • Strong background in personal and / or corporate tax within an accountancy practice.
  • Proven experience preparing tax computations, returns, and advisory work for a varied client portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of UK tax legislation and HMRC compliance requirements.
  • Experience reviewing the work of junior staff and managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency with tax and accounting software such as CCH, IRIS, or similar.
Tax Senior Remuneration
  • Salary dependant on experience, ranging from £45, (more DOE)
  • Full time, Monday-Friday, 9 : 30am-17 : 30pm, office based
  • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Holiday rising with each year of service
