Senior AccountantJob Responsibilities
- Preparation of statutory and annual accounts from records supplied by the client
- Ensure the year end files are complete with back up schedules to support balance sheet figures
- Prepare draft business tax computations
- Understanding of key control account postings and reconciliations/treatments around income, fixed assets, payroll, accruals and prepayments.
- Prepare the year end accounting files and ensure they are complete, with back up schedules to support balance sheet figures.
Job Requirements
- Suited to part qualified, qualified, and part qualified accountants
- Must have a minimum of 4 years experience within Accountancy Practice
- Must be proficient, without training, in the preparation of statutory and annual accounts from records supplied by clients
- Experience in cloud accounting packages, Xero, Quick Books, Sage L50, excel, and IRIS, is preferable
- Must be able to commute to Camberly
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Paying 35,000 - 40,000 (could be more depending on experience)
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Holiday rising by 1 day with each year of service up to 25 days
