Monday to Wednesday, 8:15am - 5:15pm | Thursday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm | 42 Hours Per Week

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

· Carrying out servicing and maintenance operations

· Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults

· Completing mechanical repairs and defined assembly operations

· Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

· Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards

· Accurately documenting completed service and repair work

· Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required

· Working closely with Service Advisors and other workshop colleagues

· Providing excellent technical support and customer service
 
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

· NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

· Minimum 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry

· Strong mechanical and technical skills

· Good diagnostic and fault-finding ability

· Own tools and toolbox

· MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential

· Ability to work effectively as part of a busy workshop team

· Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)

· Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
