Sales Manager
Location:
Lightwater, Surrey
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE) + bonus/commission

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing sales team based in Lightwater. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives on achieving targets, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
* Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and performance management where required
* Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to drive growth
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding account value
* Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior leadership
* Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise sales effectiveness
* Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as the business grows
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
* Full UK driving licence (preferred, depending on client visits)
