We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Training Academy, where we develop the next generation of Asbestos Consultants within the environmental sector. This is a fully funded, on-the-job training programme that offers the opportunity to build a specialist career.

You will start your journey by training as an Asbestos Surveyor gaining valuable hands on experience before progressing into consultancy and project management roles.

• 35 hour standard working week, with plenty of overtime.
• A structured long-term training and development plan, covering technical surveying and analysis, leadership, management, compliance, communication, problem-solving, time management, quality assurance, project management and more.
• Fully funded on-the-job training delivered through nationally recognised providers such as BOHS and RSPH.

• Level 3 qualification or higher (e.g. Degree, A-Levels, AS Levels or NVQ Level 3 minimum).
• Willingness to commit to 2–4 hours of personal study per week as part of the training programme.
• Full UK driving licence and confidence with regular driving.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
• A professional, friendly and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to successfully complete technical training, audits and examinations.
• A methodical and detail oriented approach to work.
