Job Title
Customer Sales Consultant
Salary£25,500 (£28,000 OTE)
LocationBaghsot, Surrey
HoursFull-time, 37.5 hours per week (including weekdays and weekends) Flexible shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm, including some evenings
Job Responsibilities- Manage inbound customer enquiries via telephone and live chat
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
- Provide tailored solutions with empathy and confidence
- Proactively close sales opportunities and achieve individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (contact centre experience desirable)
- Confident communicator, particularly over the phone and via live chat
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
- Resilient with the ability to handle objections professionally
- Self-motivated with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
- Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Performance-related quarterly bonus scheme, typically worth 8-10% of annual salary
