Surrey Heath Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join the car parking team. You will work from the Main Square car park office, handling enquiries by phone, intercom or face to face, and help keep our multi-storey and surface car parks running smoothly.
The role requires a current driving licence and knowledge of parking legislation;
Civil Enforcement Officer Level 2 or equivalent experience is preferred.
