Chemistry/Physics Teacher
What You'll Be Doing
As a Chemistry/Physics Teacher, you will:
- Teach Chemistry and/or Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to explore and question the world around them.
- Deliver high-quality lessons that combine practical investigation with scientific theory and application.
- Use effective assessment and feedback to support progress and achievement for all learners.
- Contribute to the continued development of an ambitious and knowledge-rich Science curriculum.
- Play an active role in the wider school community through enrichment, clubs, and collaborative planning.
About You
We're looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has a strong subject background in Chemistry and/or Physics.
- Is passionate about engaging young people in the sciences and fostering critical, independent thinking.
- Has excellent classroom management and a reflective, research-informed approach to teaching.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to a supportive team culture.
