Overview

Reeson Education is working in partnership with a well‑regarded mainstream primary school in Camberley to find a committed and ambitious Year 6 Class Teacher for a permanent position starting in September. Experienced ECTs welcome.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident KS2 practitioner passionate about preparing pupils for secondary transition, and for strong, experienced ECTs ready to lead the upper Key Stage 2 with supportive mentoring.

The Year 6 team benefits from structured planning systems, clear assessment frameworks and supportive leadership focused on pupil progress and staff development.

The Successful Candidate Will

• Have recent UK primary teaching experience (KS2 desirable)
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation
• Set high expectations for behaviour, attainment and pupil independence
• Be confident using data to inform planning and intervention
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Show commitment to ongoing professional development
