** We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner qualified to Level 3 in Early Years and Childcare. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, and thrives in a nurturing, child-centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

** What we are looking for
** The successful candidate must:
* Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification
* Have a detailed knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and early childhood development
* Show enthusiasm and commitment
* Have good organisational and communication skills
* Be responsible for the planning, delivery and monitoring of learning for their key children
* Be able to create an exciting and stimulating environment that provides rich learning opportunities
* Be able to inspire and nurture every child to ensure they become confident, active learners
