Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner qualified to Level 3 in Early Years and Childcare. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, and thrives in a nurturing, child-centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

The successful candidate must:

• Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Have a detailed knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and early childhood development
• Show enthusiasm and commitment
• Have good organisational and communication skills
• Be responsible for the planning, delivery and monitoring of learning for their key children
• Be able to create an exciting and stimulating environment that provides rich learning opportunities
• Be able to inspire and nurture every child to ensure they become confident, active learners

Springfield Primary School, Lightwater Village School & Cordwalles Junior School.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: GLF Associate 2.2 - £24,809

Actual Salary: £19,268.02

Hours of Work:32.5hrs a week - 8:30-15:30 Monday - Friday (39 weeks incl. INSET)

Contract: Fixed term contract
