** We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our hardworking and dedicated staff team. This role is central to supporting a child on an individual basis, including those with special educational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Class Teacher to provide tailored support that promotes the child’s learning, wellbeing, and independence.

* be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour.

* be a confident and clear communicator with parents
* Hold a HLTA qualification - desirable but not essential
