Senior / Principal Planner

As a Senior or Principal Planner, you will play a key role in the delivery of significant projects involving:

• Strategic planning
• Development management planning
• Planning project coordination
• Client relationship management
• Project management across a diverse portfolio of schemes

You will work alongside experienced planning professionals, supporting both private and public sector clients on challenging and prestigious developments.

The successful candidate will have:

• MRTPI qualification
• Experience with in a planning consultancy, local authority, or development environment
• A commercial mindset with the ability to apply planning knowledge within the wider property and development context
  
  Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills
• Confidence in client-facing situations
• Experience managing projects and coordinating planning applications
• A proactive and ambitious approach with a desire to develop professionally
