The RoleAs a Senior or Principal Planner, you will play a key role in the delivery of significant projects involving:
- Strategic planning
- Development management planning
- Planning project coordination
- Client relationship management
- Project management across a diverse portfolio of schemes
You will work alongside experienced planning professionals, supporting both private and public sector clients on challenging and prestigious developments.
Candidate RequirementsThe successful candidate will have:
- MRTPI qualification
- Experience with in a planning consultancy, local authority, or development environment
- A commercial mindset with the ability to apply planning knowledge within the wider property and development context
- Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills
- Confidence in client-facing situations
- Experience managing projects and coordinating planning applications
- A proactive and ambitious approach with a desire to develop professionally
