Senior / Principal Town Planner

As part of the Camberley Planning team, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects, including:

• Strategic planning and development management
• Planning application and appeals coordination
• Advising clients on complex and prestigious development schemes
• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and team growth initiatives

Our client is keen to speak with planning professionals who can demonstrate:

• MRTPI qualification
• A minimum of 5 years' professional planning experience, ideally gained within consultancy or a comparable environment
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and development process
• A commercial mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic planning advice within a broader property and development context
• Excellent analytical, report‑writing and communication skills
• Confidence in managing planning projects and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders
