Costain is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme focused on Environmental, Health and Safety (SHE) across Thames Water AMP8 capital delivery projects. You will support SHE activities on water and wastewater sites nationwide, with mentoring and structured training toward Chartership.
Graduates will gain practical experience across multiple sectors including nuclear, highways, rail, water and tunnels, rotating for 8–12 months to broaden knowledge and network within Costain.
