37 per week Reed Finance, Norwich is recruiting for our client based in Norwich who are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner on a temporary to permanent basis . If you’re commercially savvy, strategically minded, and passionate about driving performance, this is your opportunity to make an impact. What you’ll do Act as the financial lead for designated business areas, partnering with directors and managers to provide insight and guidance.

Deliver robust financial analysis and industry knowledge to influence strategy and mitigate risks. Be a visible and trusted advisor, supporting both operational and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with a professional finance team to develop forecasts, budgets, and share your expertise to support their growth. What we’re looking for A recognised finance/accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.

Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor financial information for different audiences. A proactive, solution-driven approach to business planning and risk management. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Full UK driving licence (travel to other offices required). What our client offers 25 days annual leave  8 bank holidays.
