Runnymede Borough Council is seeking a Control Centre Operator to monitor public space CCTV and respond to calls from the Police, including Radio/ICAD/ANPR alerts and other client radio alerts. The role also handles emergency careline calls from elderly or vulnerable users.
You will act as a first point of contact for out-of-hours local authorities, respond to a range of emergencies, monitor building alarms, and coordinate with Police, Surrey County Council and Applied Resilience.
