• Deliver a range of spa treatments to the highest professional standards
• Provide warm, intuitive, and personalised service to every guest
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards
• Upsell treatments and retail products in a natural, guest-focused way
• Work collaboratively with the wider spa and hotel team
• Support the smooth daily operation of the spa facilities

• Qualified spa or beauty therapist (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred
• Passionate about wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest care
• Professional, warm, and confident communicator
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
