HCRG Care Group in Surrey Heath, Camberley, is hiring a Community Rehab Assistant to support the Intermediate Care Team and deliver in-home rehabilitation. You will follow care plans, support with home exercise programmes and help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
The role offers 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts 7.30-3.30 or 1-9pm over a 7-day period) with progression through our care certificate and access to eLearning, staff wellbeing resources and pension.
