£24,000 - £36,000 pa + uncapped commission

Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working, 4 days office working and 1-day WFH.

Ready to take ownership and grow your own desk? We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage our Temps and Contracts desk in the Finance & Accountancy sector. You'll join a small, supportive team of two consultants focused on permanent recruitment, giving you the chance to build on their successes while carving out your own path

This is a fast‑paced, high‑energy role where you'll be out meeting clients, doing drops, and building strong relationships across Camberley, Guildford, and surrounding areas. The desk already has some business flowing through it – the real opportunity lies in growing it into something big
