Package: £26,000 - £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40,000)

Founded by the Managing Director of a world-renowned recruitment agency, you would be joining an ambitious start-up team with a wealth of industry experience. They will provide you will the training, support and platform to progress your career and be in control of your own earnings.

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
