As an Enterprise Account Director
, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on strategic account growth
, commercial performance, and long‑term customer value. This is a senior, customer‑facing role where you’ll work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to drive outcomes across a broad technology stack.
- Own and grow enterprise accounts, identifying white space and cross‑sell opportunities across multiple technology pillars
- Build and execute structured account plans, IT roadmaps and risk registers aligned to customer objectives
- Lead and deliver high‑quality QBRs covering service performance, risks, roadmap progress and commercial opportunities
- Act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams (Sales, Pre‑Sales, Projects, Operations)
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene to support forecasting, pipeline management and reporting
- Lead commercial negotiations including renewals, upsell and contract changes
- Support onboarding and project delivery, ensuring a smooth and consistent customer experience
- Proven experience in IT, technology, managed services or MSP environments
, ideally selling to enterprise or upper mid‑market customers - Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, shape and close complex opportunities
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and leading structured commercial conversations
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple work streams
- Customer‑first, solutions‑led approach with strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Full UK driving licence
