About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Paid Media Executive to support the execution, optimisation, and reporting of multi-channel paid media campaigns. Working closely with the Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and product visibility across key digital platforms.

This is a newly created role as part of an expanding in-house paid media function. It is ideal for someone with 23 years of hands-on performance marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and collaborates effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Support the setup, execution, and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads

Build, refine, and manage audience targeting strategies, bidding approaches, and campaign structures

Conduct A/B testing across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance
