The Role You will play a role in delivering data-driven insights across digital campaigns and customer journeys. Responsibilities will include:
Leading post campaign analysis to evaluate performance and identify optimisation opportunities Delivering customer journey reporting across multiple digital touchpoints Building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau Working with large datasets using SQL and Python to generate insights Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions Supporting test and learn methodologies, including A/B testing and campaign optimisation Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best practice within the team Your Skills and Experience Commercial experience in marketing analytics within an agency or consultancy environment Experience in digital analytics, including web and social performance measurement - GTM, Google Analytics Proven ability to deliver post campaign analysis and customer journey insights

Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
