You will be working via phone, email, and a ticket management system handling escalations from 1 line helpdesk support. This role will involve working with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.

The ideal candidate is an IT Support Engineer or similar who wants to join a leading IT Managed Services Provider looking to progress their career with a company leading in the industry.The role

• Responding to IT support requests raised through 1 line helpdesk support
• Address and troubleshoot issues
• Provide remote support to customers and resolve issues
• Monday - Friday

• IT support experience and a background working 2 line support
• Background in Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
