  • Own and optimise Hub Spot CRM and Marketing Hub functionality, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting, and campaign tracking.
  • Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance.
  • Support sales enablement through Hub Spot training, KPI reporting, and integration with connected platforms and APIs.
  • Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to support digital campaigns, platform improvements, and best practice adoption.
Digital Marketing & CRM SpecialistEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience using Hub Spot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Experience creating workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
  • Practical use of AI tools within marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and improve complex digital systems independently
