ASB Officer

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Anti Social Behaviour & Legal Officer on behalf of a well-established housing association, to cover the Staffordshire Moorlands region. This is a hybrid role, working 35 hours per week. Your new role Triaging, investigating and resolving cases of ASB, hate crime, safeguarding and tenancy breaches across a geographic region Visiting victims, witnesses and perpetrators to gather evidence including witness statements, preparing all pre-court paperwork including injunctions and possession orders Representing the group in court, liaising with legal services and solicitors Attending multi-agency meetings whilst working in partnership with other housing associations, Police and stakeholders in the community to tackle and mitigate future escalations or cases Responding to complaints and queries from local MPs, customers and stakeholders What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in an ASB/Tenancy Enforcement role within social housing Strong understanding of housing legislation, legal processes and best practice Experience in drafting legal documents, including witness statements and presenting evidence in court Strong communication and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence, valid business insurance and a basic DBS check What you'll get in return Weekly pay with compeititve hourly rates Temp to perm opportunities Hybrid working with mileage reimbursement Option to be paid PAYE or Umbrella What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
