Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Planner to support the efficient flow of products across multiple sites and supply partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer demand is met while maintaining optimal stock levels, minimising supply risks, and supporting excellent service delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with Commercial, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and external suppliers to ensure products are available when needed and supply chain operations run smoothly.

- Collaborate with Demand Planning and Commercial teams to review forecasts and support supply planning activities.
- Raise purchase orders, communicate forecasts to suppliers, and coordinate product movements with logistics providers.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliations, shelf life, and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Generate out-of-stock reports, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve inventory management.
- Communicate order status, supply risks, delays, and service updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
