Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel and estate
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues
  • Assist with the upkeep of building services, plant equipment and guest areas
  • Complete maintenance records and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
  • Support compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to minimise disruption to guests and operations
Person Specification
  • Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering or facilities role
  • Good practical skills with knowledge of general building maintenance
  • Ability to diagnose faults and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong awareness of health and safety requirements
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently
  • Flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements
