Light Cleaning Services is seeking a  professional, reliable and physically fit Cleaner Operative  to join our expanding team. The role is primarily focused on  commercial cleaning , including offices, retail units, small commercial sites and post-construction cleans. Occasional residential cleaning may be required.
You will be responsible for delivering high-standard cleaning, following site protocols, using commercial-grade equipment safely, and representing the company with professionalism at all times. Candidates must have a strong track record, excellent reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
High-quality cleaning across  commercial premises
Occasional residential cleaning when scheduled
Follow site instructions and health & safety procedures
Use commercial-grade equipments/ products safely
Maintain professional conduct with clients and colleagues
Work independently and meet deadlines
Essential Requirements
Proven commercial cleaning experience or strong professional background
Physically fit and active
Two professional references  (mandatory)
Enhanced DBS  or willingness to obtain
Five years of clear, checkable educational or career history
Strong reliability, punctuality and communication
Ability to travel within Camberley and  5-mile radius
Camberley residents preferred
Right to work in the UK
