About the Role
Are you an experienced manager in the automotive aftermarket looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for a hands‑on Branch Manager to lead a well‑established automotive service centre in the Camberley area.
This role requires a strong leader with a proven background in workshop or branch management – someone who can motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive performance to new levels.
You'll take full responsibility for the branch's day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient productivity, and top‑quality results for customers. A technical or MOT tester background would be a strong advantage.
What's on Offer- Competitive base salary of £45,000 – £55,000 per year
- On‑target earnings up to £70,000 including bonuses
- £3,000 welcome payment (paid in instalments over the first 3 months)

- Experience managing both staff and customer relationships
- Ideally qualified to Level 2/3 in Automotive or MOT tester certified
