Salary: OTE: of up to £30,500.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.

Job Summary and
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our Camberley team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied portfolio, building strong relationships, and delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants alike.
You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at all times.
Duties will include:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out
Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Investigate, manage, and resolve property maintenance issues
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange and oversee works
Conduct property inspections and follow up on required actions
Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and third-party suppliers
Identify opportunities to increase management upgrades and services
Skills required:
Previous experience in property management or a customer-focused role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
Calm, professional and positive under pressure
Comfortable following procedures and working within compliance frameworks
