Sales Administration Team Leader
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administration Team Leader to lead a busy order processing function within a highly regarded engineering and manufacturing environment. This role will oversee the end-to-end processing of customer orders ensuring exceptional levels of customer service while maintaining compliance.
The Sales Administration Team Leader will:
 
* Lead the Sales Order team to deliver accurate, responsive order processing.
 
* Develop and support the Sales Administration team, driving productivity and improvement.
 
* Process purchase orders and contracts through the ERP system, ensuring export compliance.
 
* Coordinate complex orders and delivery schedules with Engineering and Project teams.
 
* Track orders, delivery commitments and milestones, providing proactive customer updates.
 
* Oversee global shipments, export documentation and regulatory compliance.
 
* Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and achievement of monthly targets.
 
* Maintain compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
 
* Deputise for the Sales Office Manager when required.
The Team Leader will have
 
* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
 
* Strong customer service and communication skills
 
* Experience using ERP and CRM systems
 
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
 
* Engineering or manufacturing sector experience preferred
 
* Worldwide export experience advantageous
Hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch break.
